If you fill in a form on your website and you find that it is prompting you
for a username and password - where it did not yesterday or last week or,
does not ask other people for a username and password then - don’t worry!
This is nothing you have done to break the form and it is not the pages that
you have recently published that has caused this to happen.

All you have to do to avoid this username and password prompt on the fill-in
form is to check the address or url of the site you are visiting and, make
sure there is a www. In front of the name!

For example if I go to northcoastcomputers.net then I can get there but, I
still get asked for a username and password if I fill in the contact form.
If however I go to http://www.northcoastcomputers.net then the form will
fill-in correctly for me and I will not be prompted for a username and
password.

So, remember to not get asked for a username and password when filling in a
web page form make sure that you have http://www. In front of the domain
name.

That’s it!
